I purchased this business for a two-fold purpose: To make a difference in how the public perceives Realtors, and to assist the agents in my company so they may Excel and achieve all they desire within their career path. There is one key I brought with me into this position of Broker/Owner and will continue to hold onto. That is allowing God to guide our company corporately and direct our paths individually.
