MLS Membership Application Instructions

This application is for Principal Brokers who want to join our MLS and whose Office/Firm has never been in our MLS before.

If your Office/Firm is already in our system, please go back and complete the MLS Only Subscriber/Participant Application instead.

Important:

MLS Only Office: This is for Offices/Firms not currently in the GSMAR MLS. This selection is mandatory.
MLS Only: This is the application for the Principal Broker. This selection is mandatory.
