Welcome to the GSMAR Application Portal

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Primary Member with the Great Smoky Mountains Association of REALTORS® (GSMAR). To proceed with your membership application, please ensure the following selections are made based on your needs:

MLS Primary – Grants you access to our Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
REALTOR® Local – Covers your GSMAR local dues.
REALTOR® State and National – Includes membership dues for both the Tennessee REALTORS® (TNR) and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).
eKey (Optional) – Provides access to the Supra eKey system, which allows entry to homes equipped with Supra lockboxes. While recommended, this option is not mandatory. Check the box only if this service suits your needs.
