Instructions

Firm applications are for new offices not in the GSMAR MLS. Offices are categorized by the type of membership the Principal Broker has with GSMAR. Please select the box below that applies to the Brokers membership type.

MLS only is for an office where the Broker only has MLS access and does not pay membership fees to GSMAR

Secondary is for the office that has a Broker that pays both GSMAR dues and MLS dues. This Broker already has a Primary membership at another association.

Primary is for the firm where the Broker is a Primary member with GSMAR.
