Firm Application Instructions for New Offices (GSMAR MLS)

When submitting a firm application for a new office not currently in the GSMAR MLS, please select the box below that corresponds to the type of membership held by the Principal Broker.

Broker Membership Types:

• MLS Only:
  Select this if the Broker has MLS access only and does not pay membership fees to GSMAR. This means the Broker uses the MLS services but is not a full GSMAR member.

• Secondary:
  Select this if the Broker pays both GSMAR dues and MLS dues but holds a Primary membership at another association. This applies to Brokers with dual membership where GSMAR is secondary.

• Primary:
  Select this if the Broker is a Primary member with GSMAR, paying full membership dues and using GSMAR as their main association.
