When hiring a service-based business, a client needs to know exactly what work is being done for 

them and what services they are paying for. Agents need to know what they do and explain it clearly 

to the public and then have a system for doing it. This class helps agents see what they do or don’t do 

so they can reevaluate their business model to specifically charge what is needful for the task based 

on the work they are going to do. Agents will be able to clearly explain their business to the 

prospects in the marketplace – setting clear expectations for everyone. 

Monica Neubauer is an international speaker and an award-winning real estate agent with more than 22 years in the industry. As a life-long entrepreneur, she and her husband, Mark, of 35 years, have launched 5 businesses and know how important communication is to the success of any endeavor - personal and professional.
