February 2026 Membership Breakfast-State of the Association

This Membership Breakfast will follow a “State of the Association” flow designed to keep members informed, aligned, and engaged. We’ll introduce the 2026 Board of Directors and committee leadership, hear brief outlooks from committee chairs on their key initiatives for the year, and walk through our strategic framework. We’ll also highlight behind-the-scenes Association work such as an upcoming member survey, broker liaison efforts, evolving communications, and key community-focused initiatives. We’ll close with a market update to help members understand current conditions, where we’re headed, and what to expect in 2026.
