Jo Schultheiss is a consummate real estate professional who takes great pride in delivering above and beyond the expectations of her clients.  Whether looking to invest in the Smokies, find that perfect second home on the Lake or relocating your family to East TN, you can count on Jo’s dedication, integrity, and astute listening to best understand her client’s priorities and preferences.  Buying property is such an important decision and having a knowledgeable and committed guide throughout the process is so critical to achieving a successful outcome.  The market is changing all the time and Jo is dedicated to her craft to be proactive with best practices as demonstrated by a track record year-upon-year of multi-million-dollar performance.  She is a member of three local MLS’s and volunteers in a leadership role in the Great Smoky Mountains Association which assures that her scope of networking is broad and collaborative among lenders, inspectors, and fellow agents.  Jo loves to learn and improve as evidenced with her recently earning ABR® designation (Accredited Buyer's Representative) along with GRI® designation (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute), MRP® (Military Relocation Professional) and C2EX endorsement (Commitment to Excellence from the National Association of REALTORS®) which assures her clients that she is at the top of her profession.  Jo’s undergraduate was a B.S. degree in Occupational Therapy and her Master’s degree was in Organizational Management.  Her hobbies led her to pursue Master Gardener training and she is a Certified Herbalist.  When she isn’t working with clients, she and her husband Terry enjoy living on the lake in Dandridge.  She loves paddle boarding, hiking with their dog Stretch or being at home baking sour dough bread or whipping up a batch of natural medicine.  She has clients that are navigating the challenges of buying their first home, some that are investing in land for later retirement and others that are seasoned investors looking for their next 1031 exchange opportunity.  She has experience with new build developments and assisting those seeking fix and flip renovation goals.  One of the greatest honors is to have earned the trust of an initial client who comes back to her for additional transactions or those clients that show their confidence in her abilities by referring their friends and family to her.  She and her husband looked long and far when deciding where to re-locate to and East TN has been a spectacular place to live and work.  They have invested in rental properties in the area themselves and know the return on those investments are strong and profitable.  She is committed to serving her clients’ needs with responsiveness, dedication, enthusiasm and looks forward each new opportunity.
